- Strong Fire Department, located in the Western Mountains of Maine, consists of three engines, a tanker, and a squad. Responding from structure fires to car accidents, flooded basements to trees on power lines, Strong Fire Department is committed to serving the town of Strong and its surrounding communities. Strong Fire Department is located on River Road, accrost the street for the Town of Strong Public Works.
